This machine is characterized by synchronous four side cross cutting that allows the process accomplish within 45 seconds.

四个锯组都设有主、副锯配合工作，确保锯切面不崩边;

门扇加工采用居中锯切加工方式，保证造型居中;

四边同时锯切，保证在40秒以内完成门扇锯切规方工序;

本机的两个纵边锯组，设置在木门的下方锯切，随着木门厚度的变化，副锯高度无需调节，纵边居中锯切，两个纵边锯组角度可倾斜调节0 ~ 5° ;

通过式纵向自动进出料， 数控系统可根据连线需要增加自动扫码功能;

工件加工时采用四角气缸压料，并有大流量旋涡式真空吸附工作台配合工件固定;
