适用于木门大批量连线生产，木门四边同时锯切，复合门最快规方锯切可在45秒内完成。

This machine is characterized by synchronous four side cross cutting that allows the process accomplish within 45 seconds.

主要特点Main Features

四个锯组都设有主、副锯配合工作，确保锯切面不崩边;

门扇加工采用居中锯切加工方式，保证造型居中;

四边同时锯切，保证在40秒以内完成i ]扇锯切规方工序;

本机的两个纵边锯组，设置在木门]的下方锯切，随着木i厚度的变化，副锯高度无需调节，纵边居中锯切， 两个纵边锯组角度可倾斜调节0~ 5° ;

通过式纵向自动进出料，数控系统可根据连线需要增加自动扫码功能;

工件加工时采用四角气缸压料。

规方锯切同时长边铣槽，长边锯组采用11Kw电主轴带动铣刀加工子母门L型裁口。

The four saw sets are equipped with main and scoring saws working together ensures the clean cutting surfaces and edges.

The two vertical edge saw sets are setting under the workpiece.

As the thickness of the wooden door changes, the height of scoring saws does not need to be adjusted. The vertical edge is centered for sawing.

The longitudinal automatic feeding and unloading system can add the bar code scanning according to the needs of the automatic production line

Automatic lubrication system, parametric programming consists the user friendly HMI interface.

The 11Kw spindle drives the milling cutter to process the L shaped cut of the door.
